Carolina Stefoni is a professor at the University of Tarapacá in Chile and an associate researcher at the Centro de Estudios de Conflicto y Cohesión Social (COES). Her research work focuses on precarious migrants, local governance of settlement, and on Venezuelan migration in Chile.
