Dr Gunilla Fincke is the Director General at the Directorate-General Skills, Vocational Training and Securing a Skilled Labour Force at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). Before working for the Federal Ministry, she was Head of the Policy department of the SPD executive committee. Prior to that, she spent six years as Chair of the Expert Council of German Foundations for Integration and Migration.
