Deputy Regional Director, ILO Regional Office for the Arab States and Director, ILO Decent Work Team for the Arab States since January 2022. Mr Rademaker joined the ILO in 1997 as Junior Professional Officer in Mozambique and worked for UNDP and Handicap International previously. He has further worked for ILO in Indonesia, at the Turin Centre in Italy and at the ILO Headquarters. Most recently, he headed the Development Partners Relations Unit (DPRU) at the ILO’s Department for Partnership and Field Support.

Mr Rademaker holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and Executive Certificates from the École Nationale d’Administration in Paris (European Affairs) and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva (Environmental Governance).
