Raúl Delgado Wise is a professor at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas and president and founder of the Red Internacional de Migración y Desarrollo. He is an emeritus national researcher and directs la Revista Migración y Desarrollo. Raúl's research on migration centres on counter-hegemonic perspective on migration and development, and the participation of civil society in the global governance of migration.
