Until recently, Veronique Lamontagne held the position of Director of the International Relations Office at the City of Montreal. She also has been the Head of the Strategic Planning Division where she delivered the first citywide strategic plan and acting director of the Office of the Integration of Newcomers – BINAM. Prior, Veronique has worked as an advisor on migration and climate issues and as a lawyer in international development in the field of governance, rule of law and human rights.
